Power Hour for HealthTech Executives

60 minutes, one to one$500.00 one-time

Want clinicians, buyers and investors to treat you as the credible authority in your category?

In HealthTech, the company sells, but the leader convinces. Clinicians buy from people they believe understand medicine, and investors back founders the market already talks about. In one hour we build the position, the proof and the visibility plan that shorten your sales cycle. I read your profile and answers before we meet.

Positioning advisor for HealthTech founders and executives

I am a physician who moved from clinical work into HealthTech, advisory and the business side of medicine, and I rebuilt my own positioning to get there.

I now do that work for medical experts who have the credibility and none of the visibility: practising doctors, academics and HealthTech leaders who want advisory, board, speaking and consulting work, not follower counts.

What is included

01

Your credibility with a clinical audience

  • I audit your profile, company narrative and public presence before the call.
  • We separate the company story from the founder story, and decide what only you can say.
  • We identify where clinicians currently discount you, and what closes that gap fast.
02

Founder visibility that moves pipeline

  • We define the category you want to own and the buyer you want calling you.
  • We choose the two channels and the proof formats that create real conversations with clinicians, health systems or investors.
  • We map how your visibility feeds pipeline, hiring and fundraising instead of running as a vanity exercise.
03

The blockers you bring

  • Send me your specific blockers ahead of the call and I prepare answers.
  • Pricing, visibility, employer or institutional conflicts, compliance nerves, time, imposter feelings: all fair game.
  • No influencer advice. Nothing that puts your licence, reputation or institution at risk.
04

A written 90 day plan

  • What to publish, where and how often, at a volume your real schedule can sustain.
  • Which two channels matter for your goal and which to ignore.
  • The first three outreach or inbound moves that create real conversations.
05

Ask me anything

  • The stage is yours. Rates, contracts, equity in HealthTech, saying no, transitioning out of full-time clinical or academic work.
  • You keep the recording and the written notes.

This is for you if

  • You lead or co-found a HealthTech company and sell into clinicians, health systems or payers.
  • Your product is strong but the market does not yet know who you are.
  • You want visibility that shortens sales cycles and supports fundraising, not follower counts.

This is not for you if

  • You are not yet open to putting your name and expertise in public in any form.
  • You are looking for someone to run your accounts for you today. That is the done-for-you engagement, not this.

What you leave with

  • A founder position distinct from your company pitch.
  • A profile that earns clinical credibility on first read.
  • A written 90 day visibility plan tied to pipeline and fundraising.
  • The recording and notes from the session.

If after the first fifteen minutes you feel this is not right for you, say so and I refund the session in full.

Before you book

How do I prepare?

You answer a short set of diagnostic questions when you book. I read them, your profile and any public work before we meet, so the hour starts with decisions instead of background.

What happens right after I pay?

Your slot is confirmed, a calendar invite with a Google Meet link is sent to your inbox, and I begin the review of your profile.

Can I reschedule?

Yes. Reply to your calendar invite and we move it. Life in medicine and HealthTech is unpredictable and that is fine.

Do I keep anything from the session?

You keep the recording, the written notes and the 90 day plan. Everything discussed stays confidential.

What if it is not right for me?

Say so in the first fifteen minutes and I refund the session in full, no explanation needed.
