You answer a short set of diagnostic questions when you book. I read them, your profile and any public work before we meet, so the hour starts with decisions instead of background.
What happens right after I pay?
Your slot is confirmed, a calendar invite with a Google Meet link is sent to your inbox, and I begin the review of your profile.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Reply to your calendar invite and we move it. Life in medicine and HealthTech is unpredictable and that is fine.
Do I keep anything from the session?
You keep the recording, the written notes and the 90 day plan. Everything discussed stays confidential.
What if it is not right for me?
Say so in the first fifteen minutes and I refund the session in full, no explanation needed.
